‘We believe that the citizens of Lakeview and surrounding areas look at Dove Advocacy Center as an asset to their communities. We believe the crisis center is a positive  reminder that we  are all working  toward a community where domestic violence, sexual violence, and other types of  victimization of individuals are unacceptable. We believe that this is a place where victims and survivors are not stigmatized nor blamed for their circumstances, but instead the perpetrators carry the stigma. We believe that this is a place where an entire community pulls together to make it safe for everyone to live their best lives in safety and peace.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Mission Statement:  <\/strong>Dove Advocacy Center is here to help provide assistance to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, teen dating violence, and elder abuse\/persons with disabilities The center will also strive to increase awareness and understanding for equality of all persons; and engage only in activities which are charitable in nature and within the meaning of section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creemos que el centro de crisis es un recordatorio positivo de que todos estamos trabajando para lograr una comunidad donde la violencia dom\u00e9stica, la violencia sexual y otros tipos de victimizaci\u00f3n de personas sean inaceptables. Creemos que este es un lugar donde las v\u00edctimas y los sobrevivientes no son estigmatizados ni se les culpa por sus circunstancias, sino que los perpetradores llevan el estigma. Dove Advocacy Center brindar\u00e1 asistencia a las v\u00edctimas y sobrevivientes de violencia dom\u00e9stica y agresi\u00f3n sexual, incluidos los adolescentes.
